The company may have responded to the request and you didn’t receive the email or text for some reason, you may want to check your spam folder first. You can also click on one of the links sent to you from BBB to see if there is a response in the system that you may have missed.
You can also try reaching out to the company directly using the information on their BBB Profile. If you chose your request to go to just one company, you can request that BBB open your request to additional businesses to respond to you - by sending your request to multiple businesses you have a better chance of businesses reaching out to you.
There may be times where a business unfortunately may not respond - this can be for a variety of reasons. You may want to review what you sent in your request - if it’s a very specific request, you may have a limited number of businesses that offer that service. Or if you chose a very broad type of business you may want to consider sending a new request choosing a more specific type of business. Say for example you need some work done in your bathroom - you would want to choose Bathroom Remodelers versus General Contractor.
